Terms and Conditions for Beta Testing Light Pursuit Software:

Acceptance of Terms: By participating in the beta testing of the Light Pursuit software, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not participate in the beta testing.

Eligibility: The beta testing is open to individuals aged 18 years or older that are clients of Eventec with active accounts.

Beta Testing Requirements: As a participant in the beta testing, you agree to provide ongoing feedback and report any issues, bugs, or suggestions related to the Software. You acknowledge that the Software is in the beta testing phase and may have bugs or performance issues.

Provided Equipment: Eventec will provide each selected participant with a camera, an ArtNet node, and a perpetual copy of the Light Pursuit software.

Participant's Hardware: Participants of the beta testing are required to use their own personal computer and network hardware to run the Software. It is the responsibility of the participant to ensure that their hardware meets the minimum system requirements specified by Eventec.

Intellectual Property: You acknowledge that all intellectual property rights, including copyrights and trademarks, related to the Software, shall remain the property of Eventec. You agree not to modify, reverse engineer, distribute, or sell any part of the Software without prior written consent from Eventec.

Confidentiality: During the beta testing, you may gain access to confidential information related to the Software. You agree to keep all such information strictly confidential and not to disclose it to any third party without prior written consent from Eventec.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold Eventec, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your participation in the beta testing or any breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Termination: Eventec reserves the right to terminate or suspend your participation in the beta testing at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms and Conditions.

Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Eventec is located, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement: These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the participant and Eventec regarding the beta testing of the Software and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
