StarLite Productions team and lighting designer Daniel Jow provided the lighting and audio production for CitiOpera’s season of Il Trovatore at the Athenaeum theatre in Melbourne throughout the last few weeks. Citi Opera were established in 1997 and ‘strives to pass on those traditions and nurture the pool of Australia’s new and emerging talent’. Jon Jackson reviews the tale of Il Trovatore , claiming it is ‘a complex plot which revolves around a case of mistaken identity, infanticide, love, war, nuns and suicide.’ Here is a video highlighting the use of 27 Event Lighting 5x8 Pars. Congratulations to all those involved – looks like a fantastic production!
